Read moreDear Friend,
Shriver Hall Concert Series' 2016-17 season was a marvelous success, concluding earlier this month with a dazzling recital by pianist Daniil Trifonov. With stellar performances by leading musicians, SHCS stayed true to its cherished mission of bringing outstanding solo and chamber music to Baltimore, serving over 10,000 people, providing over $30,000 in ticket subsidies to students and school groups, and serving audiences throughout the region with our free Discovery Series. Thank you for making such an exceptional season possible.
With our fiscal year ending June 30, we ask for your support in making these concert experiences possible for the Baltimore community. As a nonprofit organization, ticket prices account for only 1/3 of SHCS' operating costs. To offset rising expenses while maintaining our commitment to high-level artistry and low ticket prices, we count on your generosity.
Please consider a tax-deductible contribution before the end of the month to ensure the future success of our beloved series.
We thank you for your support of SHCS and wish you a wonderful summer. We hope to see you and share more incredible music with you in the fall!
As a member of the Shriver Hall Concert Series community, we want you to be among the first to know some exciting news. Shriver Hall Auditorium is getting all-new seats and an upgraded lighting system!
