Distinguished both as a soloist with top orchestras and for his collaborations with such musical titans as Emanuel Ax, Gil Shaham, and Mitsuko Uchida, McGill is also a celebrated chamber musician who last appeared on Shriver Hall Concert Series' stage in 2017 with cellist Alisa Weilerstein and pianist Inon Barnatan.
